Actress Divyabharathi has finally clapped back at trolls linking her to GV Prakash Kumar’s divorce, and she’s not mincing words! Ever since the composer-actor split from singer Saindhavi, internet sleuths have dragged Divyabharathi into the drama—simply because she starred alongside GV Prakash in Bachelor (2021).
But enough is enough! Taking to social media, Divyabharathi slammed the baseless gossip, making it crystal clear: she had nothing to do with his divorce. “To be blunt, I would never date an actor, and certainly not a married man,” she declared. She also revealed that she had ignored the rumors at first but decided to speak up after the trolling spiraled out of control.
“I am a strong, independent woman, and I will not be defined by gossip,” she added, shutting down the noise once and for all.
GV Prakash also addressed the rumors earlier, stating that his relationship with Divyabharathi was strictly professional and that they never even met outside of work.
For those out of the loop, GV and Saindhavi, married since 2013, filed for mutual divorce this March. But as far as Divyabharathi is concerned, she’s done with the drama—next topic, please!
