Jaideep Ahlawat Jokes About Stealing Pataudi Palace, Dazzles with Dance in ‘Jewel Thief’

Netflix India’s upcoming thriller Jewel Thief is already dropping bombs before its release! At the trailer launch case, Jaideep Ahlawat had everyone cracking up when asked what he’d “steal” from his co-stars. Without missing a beat, he quipped, “There’s a prop in Haryana called Pataudi Palace… I’ve seen it, it’s very beautiful.” Yep, he’s eyeing that royal crib of Saif Ali Khan’s!

The heist drama, produced by Siddharth Anand and directed by Kookie Gulati and Robby Grewal, features Saif, Jaideep, Kunal Kapoor, and Nikita Dutta in a gritty of glam, gold, and dissembling. But it was Jaideep’s surprise dance moves that stole the show. Some fans still suspected AI wizardry. Jaideep laughed it off, expression, “I’m from Haryana, I’ve danced in too many ghudchadis. Dancing is okay!”

Nikita Dutta added fire to the fun, telling Jaideep had a unrecorded audience every clip he hit the dance too level on set. Catch him playing the really bad guy in Jewel Thief, but don’t be shocked if he steals more than just the scene—he’s already got his eyes on a palace!

Releasing April 25, 2025—lock your valuables!
