Pushpa 2 Review: Bigger, Bolder, But Does It Deliver?

Pushpa is back—and this time, he’s ruling! Pushpa 2: The Rule takes off from where Pushpa: The Rise too left us, with Allu Arjun’s swag-drenched smuggler expanding his empire and battling new threats.

From whistle-worthy dialogues to gravity-defying action, Sukumar delivers a full-blown mass entertainer.

Let’s talk highs—action scenes are insane! The Jathara succession post-interval and the climax fight? Pure firing. Pushpa’s signature title, attitude, and humour remain inviolate, ensuring that fans get exactly what they came for—more Pushparaj. Rashmika Mandanna shines as Srivalli, while Fahadh Faasil’s Inspector Shekhawat could get been more menacing.

Now for the lows—the shoot drags at 200 proceedings, making the so second half feel stretched. Also, patch Pushpa’s invincibility is cool, it kills suspense. The euphony? Not as catchy as Oo Antava or Srivalli.

Despite its flaws, Pushpa 2 is a paisa vasool mass masala sit. It may not reinvent the wheel, but Arjun’s swag unaccompanied makes it worth the fine.

Watch it in theaters for the full-blown experience—because Pushpa? Pushpa jhukega nahi!
