Triptii Dimri is on a roll! After stealing hearts in Animal, the actress is now set to swordplay Bollywood’s enigmatic diva, Parveen Babi, in an upcoming Netflix biopic serial.
Directed by The Sky Is Pink filmmaker Shonali Bose, the projection is gearing up for production soon, as per Filmfare reports.
A seed revealed, “Triptii’s dates feature been locked, and the team is moving swiftly to land this challenging project to life.” With her really previous OTT hits ilk Bulbbul and Qala, this casting seems very like a gibe made in streaming heaven!
Meanwhile, Triptii is juggling a packed slate—she’s starring in Vishal Bhardwaj’s underworld drama Arjun Ustara (tentative title) alongside Shahid Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, and Nana Patekar, set for a December 2025 release.
Plus, fans are eagerly awaiting her alchemy with Siddhant Chaturvedi in Dhadak 2, which is expected to hit screens soon.
