Triptii Dimri is on a roll! After stealing hearts in Animal, the actress is now set to play Bollywood’s enigmatic diva, Parveen Babi, in an upcoming Netflix biopic series. Directed by The Sky Is Pink filmmaker Shonali Bose, the project is gearing up for production soon, as per Filmfare reports.
A source revealed, “Triptii’s dates have been locked, and the team is moving swiftly to bring this ambitious project to life.” With her previous OTT hits like Bulbbul and Qala, this casting seems like a match made in streaming heaven!
Meanwhile, Triptii is juggling a packed slate—she’s starring in Vishal Bhardwaj’s underworld drama Arjun Ustara (tentative title) alongside Shahid Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, and Nana Patekar, set for a December 2025 release. Plus, fans are eagerly awaiting her chemistry with Siddhant Chaturvedi in Dhadak 2, which is expected to hit screens soon.
