As she dives deep into Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s grand spectacle Love & War alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, the actress is already planning her next big move. And guess what? She’s in advanced talks with National Award-winning director Nag Ashwin for a mystery project!
Sources reveal that before working on the next part of Kalki 2898 AD, Nag Ashwin wants to roll out a fresh film, and Alia is his top pick. While the genre and details are under wraps, insiders claim that the actress is hooked on the unique world Ashwin aims to create. If all goes as planned, she will start filming in November 2025 after wrapping Love & War.
Interestingly, Alia was previously in talks for Housewife with Abhishek Pathak, but that film is now shelved. If this deal gets sealed, Alia’s power-packed lineup will include Alpha, Love & War, Nag Ashwin’s directorial, and Chamunda from Maddock’s Horror Comedy Universe.
