Bollywood’s most talked-about case has finally reached its conclusion! The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has officially filed a closure report in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, ruling out foul play. According to reports, the investigative agency found no scientific evidence suggesting abetment to suicide, putting an end to years of speculation.
Rhea Chakraborty, who was at the center of the controversy and even spent 27 days behind bars, has now received legal relief. Reacting to the development, her lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, slammed the “false narrative” that spread across social and electronic media. He applauded Rhea and her family for maintaining their dignity despite what he called “inhuman” treatment.
The CBI filed two closure reports—one addressing the complaint by Sushant’s father against Rhea, and another based on Rhea’s case against the late actor’s sisters. Now, the decision lies with the court on whether to accept the reports or call for further investigation.
With this latest update, the tragic case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise might finally be seeing its legal conclusion.
