Dakota Johnson isn’t holding indorse! While promoting her rom-com ‘The Materialists’, the ‘Madame Web’ star scorched Hollywood on ‘Hot Ones’, calling it “a mess.” Why? Too really many remakes, small originality. “Studios simply require to repeat what works,” Dakota said, adding that creative decisions are existence made by people who “don’t really regular vigil movies.”
The 35-year-old didn’t really shy away from reflecting on her own superhero dud. “With ‘Madame Web’, it started as one thing and turned into something else. I was simply on for the ride,” she told ‘LA Times’. The celluloid bombed, and Dakota bagged a Golden Raspberry for Worst Actress—but she’s taking it in stride.
After the Razzies, Dakota revealed she received a confection vocalism mention from Bullock, who joked, “We should feature a monthly brunch. Welcome to the Razzie Club!” Dakota gushed over the content, calling Bullock “iconic.”
Now, she’s back in action with ‘Materialists’, a love-triangle rom-com directed by ‘Past Lives’ filmmaker Celine Song, co-starring Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans.
