Kunal Kamra just gave Bigg Boss the ultimate mic drop. The outspoken stand-up comic revealed via Instagram that he was approached to participate in the upcoming season of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show. But Kamra wasn’t having any of it. In response to a casting director’s message hyping the show as a “mad platform,” Kamra clapped back: “I would much rather check into a mental hospital.”
While it’s unclear if the offer was for Bigg Boss OTT 4 or Bigg Boss 19, Kamra’s savage rejection has gone viral, with fans and haters weighing in.
And that’s not all. The comedian is currently protected from arrest until April 16 after an FIR filed by Shiv Sena over his satirical content. Kamra’s also taken aim at BookMyShow, accusing the ticketing platform of pulling his shows under political pressure and denying him access to audience data.
In an open letter, he slammed their alleged monopoly, while BookMyShow responded saying it operates “neutrally.”
From reality TV to real-life drama, Kamra’s pulling no punches—and clearly not stepping into the Bigg Boss house anytime soon.
