The Jawan actress took to Instagram to share the film’s trailer, showering Shruti with praise: “Sooo good, Shrutz.” Overwhelmed by the support, Shruti reshared the post and responded, “Thank you so much. Directed by Daphne Schmon, The Eye is a haunting thriller featuring Shruti alongside Mark Rowley. The film, which premiered at the London Independent Film Festival, follows a woman torn between love and morality as she stumbles upon a deadly ritual that could bring back her lost partner.
Meanwhile, Shruti is gearing up for Coolie with Rajinikanth, while Nayanthara is making waves with Mookuthi Amman 2 and her Netflix-bound sports drama Test, premiering April 4, 2025.
