Pradeep Ranganathan, riding high on the blockbuster success of Dragon, is ready to charm fans again — this time as the effortlessly cool Dude! The first look of his upcoming Tamil entertainer has just dropped, and it’s already setting the internet on fire. Mythri Movie Makers, who are backing the project (tentatively titled PR04), unveiled the poster, officially announcing the film’s title as Dude.
Helmed by debutant Keerthiswaran (a former AD on Soorarai Pottru), the film boasts a promising ensemble cast including Mamitha Baiju, R. Sarathkumar, Rohini, and Hridhu Haroon. With music by Sai Abbhyankkar — the young composer who made waves replacing A.R. Rahman in Suriya45 — Dude is already raising expectations.
Dude is set for a grand theatrical release this Diwali 2025 in five languages — Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi — and will later stream on Netflix. With Pradeep’s track record and this fiery first look, Dude might just be Diwali’s biggest dhamaka!
