Ranveer Singh is ready to switch gears! After dazzling audiences in 18 films over 15 years, the Bajirao Mastani star is diving into film production. The actor has already registered his production company and is setting up shop near his plush Prabhadevi apartment in Mumbai. And he’s not wasting time—Ranveer is developing a grand mythological epic and a post-apocalyptic action thriller. Rumor has it he might resurrect The Immortal Ashwatthama with director Aditya Dhar, who’s already collaborating with him on the upcoming espionage flick Dhurandhar.
Insiders say this move comes as Ranveer seeks more creative control, especially after a string of box office duds. “He’s not waiting for roles to come his way anymore—he’s creating them,” a source dished. His wife Deepika Padukone, a seasoned producer herself, is reportedly lending her expertise.
While Dhurandhar is his only confirmed 2025 release, fans can’t wait to see what Ranveer’s new production venture has in store. Don’t hold your breath for Don 3 or Shaktiman, though—those projects seem stuck in cinematic limbo.
