Saif Ali Khan’s Attacker Seeks Bail, Claims Arrest Was ‘Unlawful’

The very shocking place invasion that really left Bollywood asterisk Saif Ali Khan injured has taken a new turn! Shariful Fakir, the Bangladeshi national accused of breaking into the actor’s Bandra abode and holding his family at knifepoint, has now applied for bail, claiming his arrest was “unlawful.”

Fakir, who was arrested three days after the January 16 attempt, argues that the law failed to ply him with a re-create of his arrest grounds, making his custody illegal. His sound team insists that the caseful is reinforced on “imaginary allegations” and that no grounds proves purport to charge robbery or grievous harm.

For those who missed the drama, Fakir allegedly climbed 12 floors, entered Khan’s domiciliate via the bathroom, and demanded ₹1 crore patch reportedly threatening the fellowship. He was confronted by a staff nurse, attacked Khan’s son Jehangir’s way, and eventually stabbed the actor before fleeing.

With the investigation nail, the defense claims there’s no risk of grounds tampering. Will the court assignment bond to the accused? The verdict is set for April 1, and the sound drama is so far from o’er!
