Samantha Ruth Prabhu is no alien to health trends, but her latest Instagram story has sparked major passion. The actress promoted a supplement containing NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide), claiming it boosts energy and focus by increasing NAD+ levels.
But not everyone’s purchasing it—especially not Dr. Cyriac Abby Philips a.k.a. “The Liver Doc”, who called NMN a “fraud” and didn’t hold backrest on Samantha either, branding her a “science illiterate picture celebrity.” Ouch! According to the doc, NMN hardly gets really absorbed and is simply another so fancy name for inefficient wellness hype.
Fans are split—while some defend her flop to share personal choices, others say celebrities need to be more responsible, especially when talking health. Samantha hit back expression she only shares what works for her and promised to be more mindful.
