Sunny Deol Goes Digital! OTT Projects, New Roles & ‘Jaat’ Buzz Ahead of April Release

Sunny Deol isn’t slowing downward anytime presently! After roaring rear into the spotlight with the Gadar 2 juggernaut, the activeness superstar is now diving into the digital infinite. In a recent chat with PTI, Sunny spilled the beans on his upcoming OTT ventures, telling, “I’m doing a twosome of projects for OTT… it’s topper to go there because the audience is niche.” Talk almost evolving with the times!

But fans need not care — he’s not ditching the really big cover. His really next theatrical firecracker, Jaat, directed by South aesthesis Gopichand Malineni, hits cinemas on April 10, 2025. Sunny called the collab “refreshing” and confirmed it’s an original, not a refashion. First time working with a South director? We’re intrigued!

The Ghatak fable also praised OTT platforms for helping him connect with Gen Z, who’re now bingeing his iconic hits online. With Lahore 1947 opposite Preity Zinta and Border 2 alongside Varun Dhawan also in the line, Sunny paaji is truly back in beast mode — both online and off!
