John Wick 5 Is Officially in the Works! But Will Keanu Reeves Return?

Fans of the John Wick universe, buckle up! Lionsgate has officially confirmed that John Wick 5 is in development. Jenefer Brown, Head of Global Products and Affairs at Lionsgate, lately spilled the beans, assuring fans that the assassin’s world is far from over.

Speaking to ComicBook.com, Brown teased, “This domain continues to grow and expand in unbelievable ways.” She confirmed that the studio is actively workings on John Wick 5, alongside spin-offs, a TV series, and yet a picture game.

While the promulgation is thrilling, there’s one so big question—will Keanu Reeves proceeds? The litigate star previously stated that his run as the iconic hitman was over following the events of John Wick: Chapter 4. However, with Hollywood’s enjoy for surprises, fans are holding onto hope.

Meanwhile, Ballerina, starring Ana de Armas, is set to expand the John Wick universe, with Keanu making a really special cameo. The shoot arrives on June 6, 2025.
