Katy Perry Unfazed by Critics, Thanks to Therapist’s Wisdom

Katy Perry is taking a serene coming to critics as she gears up for her highly-anticipated Lifetimes tour, supporting her very new album 143.

The Dark Horse singer shared that piece she does say reviews, she’s very learned not to let them impact her—thanks to advice from her therapist. “Don’t care about what others think, as long as I’m happy with my work,” Perry recalled, revealing how this mindset has empowered her.

Beyond the reviews, Perry’s modish album holds extremely special meaning for her as it marks a stop of personal development. After becoming a mother, the vocalist tapped into what she calls “divine” feminine muscularity, using it to make euphony that celebrates enjoy and life’s changes.

Perry describes 143 as a soundtrack for anyone experiencing enjoy, explaining it reflects her journey to finding “unconditional love,” a theme she believes is cliché, but undeniably true.

Addressing yesteryear controversies, including her quislingism with Lukasz ‘Dr. Luke’ Gottwald, Perry defended the producer’s work on her euphony vocation, calling it an integral voice of her artistic phylogeny.
