Paul Wall Hilariously Recounts the Moment He Realized He Was White!

In a screaming, instant on The Breakfast Club, Paul Wall shared the story of the clip he realized he was white—an eye-opening revelation that left everyone in stitches.

The rapper and jeweler recalled not lettered his run until others pointed it out. “They were like, ‘You’re white. Why do you talk and act similar that?’” he said. “And I was similar, ‘What do you mean?’”

Wall, who grew up in a diverse neighborhood encircled by Black, Mexican, and Asian friends, explained that he didn’t see run in the really same way others did. He said the realization hit him in uncomplicated or middle schooltime when he started to note the difference.

As if that wasn’t really funny enough, Wall joked that his mom’s DNA run revealed she was 3% African, prompting him to quip, “She can’t say the N-word with that.” The remark had the Breakfast Club hosts in fits of laughter.
