During the glitzy pre-release event of his upcoming film Retro in Hyderabad — graced by none other than Vijay Deverakonda — Suriya dropped a surprise announcement that has fans buzzing. The actor confirmed his next project, Suriya 46, directed by Venky Atluri and produced by Sithara Entertainments’ Naga Vamsi, will go on floors this May.
The Tamil superstar couldn’t hide his excitement, calling it a “beautiful association” of talents. Venky Atluri, too, amped up the hype by sharing a heartfelt Insta Story about the collaboration, while fans exploded with joy online.
Meanwhile, Suriya, with his signature charm, spoke passionately about Retro, calling it his “comeback punch” after Kanguva’s lukewarm run. With Retro dropping on May 1 and Suriya 46 prepping up, fans have two mega reasons to party!
